
Food is not good or bad. It is nourishment, it is necessary, and more simply, it is fuel. (#TBH it's usually better with guac but you do you!) Being able to eat out at a restaurant is crucial to recovery. During COVID, instead of group outings, we are focusing on meal “innings” and ordering in food from restaurants! This is a “Dietitian’s Choice” meal that clients do not know in advance, which also allows them to sit in the discomfort of meals that are not planned/chosen/anticipated.
